  Comfort Keepers go above and beyond in the service they provide. The home health aides and manager treat the person in their care like family. They are quick to respond to any additional needs and also help to solve any problems that they observe. Communication is constant as is a detailed weekly invoice. It has been a year since we started with them and they have made things so much better. We are truly grateful and blessed to have the Comfort Keepers team in our lives.

  From the first meeting with Edyth, Pricilla and then Michele they all helped me feel that I was in the right place to help with my mom. They are all so professional and truly caring and really know what they are doing especially with dealing with dementia. Pricilla went above and beyond to check in on my mom when I couldn’t be there. Michele became part of our family and my mom loved her. She knew just how to keep my mom focused and to feel safe and calm. My mom didn’t accept this at first that she needed help but Michele had such a way to make my mom feel comfortable and before you knew it my mom was looking for her on the days she was off. The days Michele was there with my mom I felt like I was able to breathe and I know my mom was in good hands. I do not know how I would have gotten through all of this with my mom without this team of professionals. They treated my mom as if she was their mom. They guided me through helpful resources because this was all new to me and my family with regards to dementia. Let me just say they know what they are doing. I can never thank this team enough.

  I would highly recommend Comfort Keepers! When I reached out for information regarding assisting an elderly relative with daily home care, the office staff was attentive and caring. They immediately provided me with what I needed to know, regarding hiring a home health care aide. I quickly sensed genuine concern regarding my situation. When I visited their office, I was given specific details regarding the aide and how she would meet my specific needs. I wasn't disappointed! I was able to engage the aide in much needed daily care of my relative. She couldn't have been more caring, responsible, and well trained. She quickly became a member of the family! I was able to leave my relative in her care without any worry. For these reasons, I highly recommend Comfort Keepers, if you're in need of a home health aide.

  The Secaucus Comfort Keepers took care of my father for over three years. The entire staff was ALWAYS helpful and able to improvise, adapt, and overcome to any problems that arose. When I moved to Florida they stepped up and made that move possible for me. They ensured that my father made all of his doctor appointments. They did his grocery shopping. They made sure that his home was safe and clean. And most importantly, they made sure that my father was WELL cared for and comfortable. THEY made it possible for my father's final wish to be fulfilled; he wanted to die in his own home, not in a hospital or other institution. Without THEIR care, that would not have been possible. When he did pass away, they again could not have been more helpful. They stayed with my father until I could arrange for the funeral home to take my father's remains. I will always be grateful to them.
