    I had an excellent experience at Brook 35 Warby Parker from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding…staff was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right product rather than rushing a sale. The quality of my glasses purchased are excellent and absolutely worth the price. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this store to others.

    They have the most amazing people working here. Each associate takes the time and attention to serve every customer and there is zero rush in choosing a frame and zero pressure in purchasing. If you decide to visit, ask for Carolyn. She’s amazing!

    Horrible experience. was greeted when walking in and as soon as i mentioned using insurance there was a complete switch. I’m a college student going in on a Monday afternoon during winter break what else would you expect? Then I was proceeded to feel embarrassed and ashamed because I was told over and over again that my insurance doesn’t work and finally the man at the front got it to work. Then shortly after he said there was a problem and didn’t even tell me what it was. He said “I need an adult” which he clearly was one. I’m assuming he went to the manager and at this point every employee is staring at me and she proceeds to tell me that my last name is spelled incorrectly on my insurance. I leave because I couldn’t take getting stared at anymore since it seemed like they’ve never seen anyone use insurance before. My mom calls the insurance company and they proceed to say that my name is spelled correctly. That was such a horrible experience I was just trying to get myself a pair of new glasses for the new year and my last semester of college.

    Walked in because one of my lenses had popped out of my frame. I had not purchased the glasses at your store. Was welcomed warmly & directed to Harrison the optician on call. Corrected the problem. & adjusted the glasses to better fit my nose. He was excellent!. I will definitely go back to your establishment for an new glasses I may need.

    I have a very strong prescription and USED TO always pay an exorbitant price for one pair. My son recommended Warby Parker and I love the variety in selection, the easy process, and pricing is fantastic!! This is the 3rd time I’ve used them and I bought 2 pair to get the end of year special 20% off. Happy new year indeed 🥰.
