He has performed many procedures on me and I've always had great results. The front desk staff are wonderful. They are pleasant, polite, and professional at all times. Keep up the good work see you at the next visit
- SYSabrina YockSep 16, 20252.0Doctors are great but the front desk / staff on the phone are terrible. Tina was very rude to my mother on the phone after she got released from the hospital. A few days later, my mom was back I the hospital and had to get an ablation, called the office to make a follow up appointment. As my mother was asking questions, the front desk receptionist said “okay but what to do you want to do about that?” In such a harsh tone. She was on speaker and I whipped my head around wow. Always seems like you’re bothering them when you call. I don’t remember a bad experience in person at the Tom’s river office but remember how unprofessional they were at the freehold office.

- LGLori GrayFeb 22, 20241.0Had a very disrespectful experience with Dr. Kayser. In addition, I waited One hour and 45 minutes for a brief 12-minute appointment. A simple, "Sorry, to keep you waiting”, from Dr. Kayser would have been appreciated. Nothing. Not a word. He showed total disregard for my time and disrespectful behavior by not acknowledging his tardiness. I have three different doctors (Primary Care, Gynecologist and Gastroenterologist) whom I've been completely loyal to for over 25 years. They've never once treated me like this. I will never come back to this practice.
