The staff was very kind and pleasant, but i had an issue with finding a parking space that wasn't in a towing zone. The facility was pleasant and relaxing, so i was very comfortable and the DOT physical went well. The practitioner was very professional, and seasoned with her exam, and that was really helpful to calm my nerves! All-around, i had a good experience at the Rahway Concentra!✨️👀👍🏽💯

For some time I didn’t even see more than one or two people get pulled back for any treatment for over an hour. It almost seemed like everyone was taking a break. Once I did get called up the tech seemed very rushed, getting close to closing time. They did a proper job, but it just felt to be hurried

People got stuff to do, no one has time to sit for hours. Please staff your facility. Stop being cheap so people can go on with the rest of their day. I’m avoiding this Concentra from now on. It’s worth it to drive for better quicker service.
