I wish I could leave zero stars for this company. I'll be fair, the people that work at this location were helpful and pleasant. The actual glasses and the lenses are garbage. My wife bought 1 pair and I bought 2 pairs. Both of us have pairs where the frame constantly get loose and need to be tightened. Poor craftsmanship. My glasses also have random scratches appear on the lenses out of nowhere. I baby my glasses and always clean them with the cloth that came with it. I asked for a replacement and was given the company line about how the warranty is 6 months only. Glasses should last more than a year. Why would I spend more money to fix them or get new ones when the ones I just got from them don't last? Do yourself a favor. It's tempting at the low price to buy here, but buy a better name brand somewhere else for more money. You get what you pay for. I did and regret it. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Excellent care and customer service from Warby Parker for my eye problem. They fitted me in at short notice on two occasions and also provided follow up advice to make sure that the prescribed treatment was working. Thank you for your professionalism🙂

My husband and I always have a great experience at WP. The stylist made a great suggestion and consulted with the optician to find the best solution for frames that work with our progressive lens prescriptions.

I had a great experience purchasing two pairs of glasses this past weekend. I don’t purchase glasses that often, but Aleshia made it such a fun experience that I’ll have to come back in the near future. Thank you, Aleshia!

I came in with my partner who I asked to try on some frames at Warby. I love the styles, prices, and the quality of their glasses. She bought a pair, and those turned out great. I ordered a pair a few weeks ago that they helped me to adjust as well, great. You may be wondering why the poor review? Well, I asked the associate to help me to order a pair of sunglasses as glasses. They told me it would be no issue and processed the order. It was perfect, and wonderful customer service from the whole team. The issue comes in when I check my confirmation. They ordered me these glasses as sunglasses in the wrong color. I call the number for customer service and they tell me it wasn’t possible in the first place to even order them that way. So I couldn’t even fix it myself, no matter what I thought of. I am just extremely disappointed, even moreso because I am a new customer to the brand, and customer service is only great if you order the correct item for the customer. I wish there was a way to fix it!
