I called this establishment to schedule an appointment at 1624. I was told that they were closing up (it states on their website that they close at 1700, but okay) and to call a different number that is associated with booking appointments. I called this number at 1625. The receptionist answered the phone and then proceeded to place me on hold. It states that their sites close at 1700. I was placed on hold for 45 minutes (meaning that by the time that I hung up it was past closing). This is extremely unacceptable. Communication in the healthcare field is extremely important and so far this facility profoundly disappoints.
