  The lady at the front desk has no type of professionalism not even just a little bit. This lady is in the front check out desk, extremely rude, unprofessional and has zero skills with customer quality service. I am deeply dissatisfied and disappointed. Concentra should step up their game and stop hiring unqualified personnel that does not fit in that kind of job. As a front desk person-check in or check out desk, that person must have some good client- staff communication skills, patience and professionalism. And those rude nasty facial expressions and body language is just not it!!! In a very calm and nice approach I asked the front desk lady at check out with long eye lashes for some cup so that I can get some water and be able to provide urine by the time they call me. Mind you I already waited 2 hours WITHOUT bothering them at the desk for any reason expect for that one little question!!. This lady got all rude and with a nasty TONE was like “ uhm you know I’m the only one here, I know I heard you” very aggressive and speaks to me like if we were in the streets. I’m super disappointed concentra! You guys need to think about clearing your staff and taking the bad apples out it is really not a good for your business, a lot of people I spoke with who had experience with your company as well said the same. So sad.

  Everyone were kind. My only slight issue is it takes too long to have a simple PPD to be completed. Otherwise everything was great.

  over an hour for a standard urine sample?? and it’s like this every time i go in there . i cannot hold going to leave a sample for over an hour. should be an in and out procedure. completely unacceptable.. front desk was not approachable as well

  excessively waits for just a urine sample.. every time there is hardly any people in waiting room and i wait a minimum of an hour every time..very frustrating

  0 stars, I walked in and needed a drug test for a job. Not only did they take 2 hours which the “turn around time” is 30 minutes as per there orange paper in the back but the receptionist (Amber w/glasses) was absolutely nasty and awful, I get people have bad days but you do not need to be yelling over the desk telling me I can leave if I want because I kept asking when I am going to be seen, I asked once after an hour passed told I was next and they called 3 other people, I asked again got the same response and than they called someone else at this point- I was frustrated being lied to. The cherry on top is that a different patient goes to the front desk after I was called to the back and they decide to start talking about the scenario and why I was there which I am pretty sure is a HIPAA violation discussing reason for visit with other patients. My friend that was accompanying me (stayed in waiting room) had to say something and then the patient start yelling and the receptionist were giggling. This whole ordeal was blown out of proportion with the RECEPTIONIST starting it and not holding composure at her job. Oh and it’s supposed to be a “zero tolerance for aggressive behavior” I will be making a HIPAA Office of Civil Rights complaint as well. Since this was an employer that recommended me will also be making them aware. If the receptionist amber does not exist your employees provided me with an incorrect name because I called back and asked
