We visited due to severe tooth pain, and a root canal was diagnosed as the required treatment. During the X-ray, additional cavities were identified on a front baby tooth, and extraction was recommended. I requested that the dentist address the back tooth causing the pain first, especially since the front baby tooth is expected to fall out naturally in the coming months. However, we were told the extraction had to be done first and that the root canal would only be performed afterward. The insistence on additional procedures before relieving my child’s pain raised serious trust concerns. Due to the urgency of my child’s pain and the inability to secure another appointment elsewhere, I felt I had no choice but to agree. My child was accommodated only after I consented to the extractions, which felt more billing-driven than patient-centered. It appeared that treatment decisions were influenced more by clinic management than by the doctors themselves. Overall, the experience felt more focused on revenue than on providing timely care. I strongly recommend seeking a second opinion before proceeding with the treatment here.
