  This place deserves zero stars. I’m only giving it one star because the nurse at the beginning of my process was very nice and non-judgmental. When I went back to do an ultrasound the technician immediately judged me for waiting so long- I mentioned to the technician that I had a false positive. Also, as she does the exam she tells me I’m 20 weeks pregnant then 24 weeks and then 26 weeks. The technician then calls another technician and they do an abdominal ultrasound for them to tell me to my face that they aren’t qualified technician and don’t know how to operate the machinery. I mentioned how was that possible because I had my period in June and July and the technician said it wasn’t a real period. After the ultrasound was done, I mention to the first technician that I had a miscarriage and she straight up in my face asked me if I was sure that I had a miscarriage. I said yes I’m sure I had a miscarriage because I saw the fetus and the umbilical cord and everything. The technician said she wasn’t sure then and to come back when I figure something out, and to come back for her to set up a birth control appointment for me. I would never go back.

  terrible deserves no stars. i made an appointment 3 WEEKS IN ADVANCE for a implant removal. called out of work and everything and then two hours before my appointment time they decide to call me trying to tell me they don’t do removals and want me to drive all the way down to morristown or washington just to get it removed meanwhile morristown is over an hour away from me. ridiculous

  Truly a positive experience despite my anxiety and frustrations around the procedure itself. The staff were wonderful, kind, and so helpful

  As someone with pretty terrible anxiety around doctor’s appointments, this facility honestly does not trigger me at all. There’s no nasty receptionist, no rude nurse, not even a long enough wait time to leave you stewing in your own thoughts. Everyone is so nice and reassuring! The facility is clean and they’re incredibly efficient-in and out within 30min for an annual exam; you really cannot beat it. I highly recommend!

  This facility is so bad, they absolutely don't care about the people they serve, I made appointment 2 weeks ago and because of the weather they want me to reschedule my appointment when I needed at the right time. I went on my appointment and they were closed and didn't even pick up calls to communicate. Very bad service absolutely worst. I would not recommend to anyone. Be aware folks.
