  Unprofessional receptionists. I came in today to be seen and none of the two receptionist didn’t greet me. Or acknowledged me until I said something. Jessica is the new trainee with red hair. I forgot the other girl’s name but to be honest very unpleasant and unprofessional experience. Those two receptionists. There was this girl who needed to get her abortion who was on time for her appointment. The two receptionist didn’t even say hello to her and this girl was standing for literally 5 minutes. The two receptionist didn’t even say hello to her or ask her anything. Or tell her to wait or nothing. So of course the girl standing in line is going to be upset. She did express herself emotionally which I understand. But to be really fair and honest. The two receptionists were rude to everyone. The girl standing in line was the only one who expressed this in the room. I honestly stand by her because how can you be so rude to women that are going through stuff. Then refuse to treat her when it was YOU who was rude first. Anyway, I understand if someone is new and is training but you as a professional need to communicate this. The new trainee was rude to me too by not even saying hello or anything. It’s literally your job to be hospitable to people. Also, as women how can you be so inconsiderate of another woman’s pain? Anyway, yes the other planned parenthood in mulberry is better. This place isn’t.

  This place is the best. Just about everyone in here was warm and welcoming, helpful and kind. I showed up early, and they fit me in. I was here less than an hour. They offered me options for testing, and preventative care, and did my exam on site. Some labs were instant and I got results before leaving, which was comforting, and they were all just super nice. Please don't believe the 4 year old reviews. I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else to be seen as long as these ladles are on staff. To all the people who complain about wait times, please look up how long the wait is to see a regular OBGYN, and check your attitudes. These people are helping women and families in need, with accessibility and kindness, even after losing funding. We need clinics like these and amazing doctors and nurses like these, for our own well being. This place is a A+ from me. I doubt I'll go anywhere else for my yearly exam. Thank you all, again.

  The staff provides excellent services. Highly recommend this place for parents-to-be or people that are seeking guidance in birth control.

  I was nervous due to the reviews, but I received an awesome service!! All staff treated me with respect and compassion. I went as a walk in and it took less than 1h for the whole visit. I recommend this location 100%.
