- IGIan Gropper6 days ago1.0We tried to use this company for drug testing employees. Their billing and account management has to be the worst I’ve ever seen in any business. There is zero communication, paid invoices show as open weeks after they’ve been paid and then they turn away your employees without following up with you because you have unpaid invoices that have actually been paid using their services is actually a liability to your company. I would absolutely recommend people stay away from this business for employment testing and look at the reviews. We’re not the only ones having issues.

The service I received due to a trip & fall during an “Active Shooter” Lock Down Drill at Concentra at 575 McArthur Highway & Murray Street was excellent! The diagnosis on the date of the fall, Wed 12/17/25 was that I had an Acute Non-displaced Patella Fracture! They wrapped my knee in an ace bandage, gave me a neoprene and plastic knee brace and a cane to use. I had my first follow up 2 days later. I could use Tylenol, Advil or Aleve for any pain in the meantime. Since the Orthopedic doctored were on Christmas Holiday break, I didn’t get an appointment until Tuesday 12/30/25. There, to my surprise, I found that my kneecap was no longer Acute and was able to start PT the same day! My wonderful PT person is Van (Short for Panera) which means “prayer”! Could I be any more blessed?! Thank you Concentra! Don’t be afraid to go where you work in Newark! I am highly pleased and satisfied! Happy New Year! ❤️🎉🙏✝️

I wouldn’t mine working there because of the cleanliness and the quality of work that they do, and there attitudes towards the patients were extremely nice and positive along with being polite.
- CRchet ruivivarDec 22, 20251.0The intake process (front desk) was fairly quick, the process afterwards was painstakingly slow. Employees seem to be not coordinating and with no sense or urgency, even the Doctor who saw me said that I shouldn't have waited for a long time (3.5 hours).
- CPChris PDec 15, 20251.0I was required to complete a urinalysis as part of the pre-employment screening for a federal position. The entire process took 45 minutes, plus additional waiting time. Upon checking in, I immediately informed the staff that I was ready to provide my sample. Despite there being plenty of employees present, I still had to wait an extended period before being called.
