- MHMichael HoganOct 20, 20251.0The front desk is an embarrassment I am so frustrated with this place I don't know how they still employ this woman in front her she had about 5 people waiting to check in while she was on her phone, she did not even pick up her head when I walked in this is not the first time either it starts from not even being able to get them on the phone. Unfortunately I will be leaving this practice due to these recurring problems I'm sure I'm not the only one that has left due to lack of professionalism and just out right disrespect Please stay away, the Drs and back women are good
- MMMalvikaSep 28, 20251.0I was in there on Friday not feeling well and very concerned about my symptoms, when I checked in they did not make me feel comfortable in the least, they look like miserable angry depressed women, the one receptionist with dark hair was more interested in her cell phone then engaging with me, not sure where courtesy and patient priority comes first with this front desk, I have not ever felt such a cold aurora in a physicians office If it was not for the red hair nurse being so kind, cheerful and respectful I probably would have walked out. She actually listened to me and was sympathetic to my issue, I don't remember her name but I want to say thank you for making me comfortable and feel like a human being.

Until they can listen to a patients lungs over the phone, telehealth appointments are just a quiet to make money. After well over 10 years, it's time to switch providers.
