  El chico que está en recepción no da buen trato .....sobre todo para los que no hablamos el idioma.... Llas doctoras y la enfermera que me atendieron son muy amables y comprensibles a la hora de atender y buscan la manera de comunicarse si saber hablar español....pero los de recepción son muy mal educado y no tienen calidad de atención con las personas.... Y sobre todo no tienen empatía cuando llega un hispano

  First visit there I had no complaints but my last visit at this concentra it was really unpleasant. The personnel in the front desk seemed to be reluctant to do their job as if she had an attitude issue. The assistant that took my vitals she was very efficient, quick to help and fast to do her job. Then she asked me to wait for the nurse in a room, it took the nurse/doctor an hour and 20 minutes to come to my room. After an hour of being waiting for an hour I stepped out of the room to get the doctor myself. I come out and explained the situation that I’ve been waiting for so long then it took her 20 minutes to get to the room which is about 15 feet from where she was. I lost 3 hours of work because of someone’s lack of efficiency. Seems like there’s management issues at this place.

  Wait is horrible..only need a physical for new job and been here for 2 hrs...need more doctors or something just horrible..never waited this long in south jersey where I live.

  11/03/ 2025 3:07pm The worst Concentra I have ever visited in my life. First of all, I came from the state of Connecticut after transferring from there, and the first thing that happened was that I called to make an appointment, but they told me I didn’t need one—without even letting me finish explaining the reason for my call. I went the next day, and they refused to see me because I didn’t have an appointment, and they also said there was no doctor available at that time. They even refused to provide me with a work excuse. I returned the following week on the day of my scheduled appointment, around 11:25 a.m. (my appointment was at 11:30 a.m.), and the worst part was the absurd waiting time—around an hour in the waiting room, and then another hour and a half inside. If you complain, they take even longer. When they finally apologize, it’s for some random reason, and they still don’t perform a proper examination. This wasn’t even my first visit—it was a follow-up, and I already have a medical record there. They don’t listen to anything you say, and they don’t even let you express your situation. No matter how much you try to explain, they just do whatever they want. I am a patient with an acute myofascial strain of the lumbar region, and the doctor didn’t even give me proper work restrictions—she simply placed me in a normal work area with “limited bending,” even though my limitations are part of an ongoing treatment, not temporary. It’s unbelievable that even though I tried to explain and brought someone to help translate for me, she just stood up and left the room without letting me speak when I told her that I couldn’t walk for more than five minutes because of my severe back pain. Her only response was to tell me to call Amazon or my workplace, when she, as the doctor, is the one responsible for taking the next steps. It’s truly disappointing that people study to do a job like this. I ended up leaving at 2:10 p.m. without any reasonable explanation or solution. Dr. Robin Moore, D.O. is a disgrace as a doctor.

  As soon as you walk in the door, the staff is very inviting, The place is very comfortable and clean great attitude. My favorite is Dr. Moore. She’s such a diva and down to earth and that’s what we need today.physical therapy staff is excellent. my overall experience has been a wonderful day
