  Very efficient, polite, and welcoming staff. They procedure did not drag on, and they made sure that I was not experiencing pain which has been a problem for me at other Dentist's offices. That made what could have been a terrible experience a nice one.

  From the very first phone call, I knew Community Dental of Lawnside was the right place for me. I have always struggled with dental anxiety, and even making the call to ask if they accepted my insurance made me nervous. But the kindness, warmth, and genuine positivity I felt from the person on the other end of the phone instantly put me at ease. They were so friendly and happy to help—it honestly felt like they were smiling through the phone! That kind of energy makes such a huge difference, especially for people like me who have anxiety about going to the dentist or medical appointments. When I came in for my emergency visit, the front desk staff greeted me with the same kindness and respect I felt on the phone. Everyone was welcoming and professional, and you could tell they truly cared about every patient who walked through the door. The dental assistant who took my x-rays was gentle, patient, and explained every step to make sure I was comfortable. Then I met Eileen, who has been doing this work for over 40 years, and it shows. She was incredibly skilled, calm, and understanding of my anxiety. She made the x-rays (which usually cause me a lot of discomfort) quick and painless, and she talked me through everything so I always knew what to expect. Eileen then cleaned my teeth with such care and compassion. She helped me feel completely at ease before the doctor came in. The dentist was equally amazing, gentle, knowledgeable, and so kind. I asked whether I should save or pull a tooth, and she said, “If you were my mother, I’d recommend saving it.” That level of honesty and care really meant a lot to me. When I checked out, Eileen even came to the front to coordinate my next appointment, making sure everything was taken care of. Every single person I encountered was friendly, professional, and compassionate. It was, hands down, the best dental experience I have ever had. As someone who works with vulnerable populations and understands how much anxiety and trauma can impact people’s comfort in medical settings, I truly appreciate how special this team is. Their kindness and understanding make a world of difference. I’ve already brought my two daughters here, and my husband went the very next day, he had a wonderful experience too! Thank you, Community Dental of Lawnside, for treating every patient with care, respect, and compassion. You’ve gained a lifelong patient and a family full of referrals! 💜
