- MMMaureenJan 4, 20215.0I took my first class this morning with Valentine. It was great!! Valentine is an awesome instructor. The class was 630am and she had great energy - enough to get you motivated and moving but not overly annoying for 630am lol! The class wad outside in the tents but was very comfortable. They heat the tent so its not freezing! The music and instructor audio is through headphones and the volume was clear and perfect. There is some rhythm and movement that was hard to grasp but I'm sure I'll get it as I attend more classes. Highly recommend and cant wait to come back.
