The staff is sympathetic, kind, and understanding--even with a pandemic and shortages of assistance. They did their best to help me and the several other girls in the waiting room in a timely fashion, and never once dismissed my concerns for birth control symptoms. There was never the sense of frustration, and huge shout out to Nardia for being one of the most amazing practitioners I've ever had.
