  People answering the phone on call center are useless they can not help with the right answers I call several time and I never got and answer

  Pretty upset with my recent visit, decided to leave it be but if I was still mad about it later to make a review. My annual wellness appointment was for 1pm and I got there at 1:07pm. Waited 45 minutes before getting into an exam room. It looked maybe a lil busy so sure not a problem. I was doom scrolling instagram wondering when I was going to be seen. After an hour and 20 minutes goes by, coochie catching frostbite and legs losing circulation I decided to get dressed and head out. Told the desk attendant at front I was leaving, she asked how everything was and told her I wasn’t seen. She Immediately did the “oh shi” face. She said please wait lemme ask [insert random guys name] and then he comes from the back where it sounds like a bunch of people are laughing and pulls out my chart saying “Amanda was looking over her[my] chart”. lol biggest load of bull I’ve heard from anyone in a while. She then asked me if I wanted to be seen now. Not as I’m leaving after having to wait 2 hours!! Not her fault ofc the nurse or doctor or whatever just forgot about me. But yeah appointment was at 1pm and I left at like 3:20 something pm and was never seen and I had other things I needed to do for the day so I was pretty salty. Wish ENGLEWOOD didn’t shut down

  I booked an appointment two weeks in advance to be seen at 2pm, came on time, and wasn't seen when it was nearly 5pm. I had to leave because I had time commitments later in the evening and it felt really upsetting because the app only showed availability two weeks after I needed to be seen, and after commuting, I couldn't receive the care I was looking for. The receptionist was very sweet though. I was told at nearly 5pm that one more person needed to be seen before me and I am dependent on someone to drive me back and couldn't stay longer. I have had great experiences here but its unfortunate because I have to head back to college soon and wasn't able to receive the care I booked for.

  I walked in on Saturday 1/10/26 at 12:15pm. I was told that they are not taking any more walkins for the day and I left. Saturday hours are posted as 8am to 4pm. This does not seem to be very welcoming or accomodating of them maybe they should update their hours on the website to reflect this. People could have driven hours to this location and still have been denied service 4 hours prior to closing time

  I was at planned parenthood today. I have been trying to get an appointment here because I do not have insurance when I arrived I was treated by Chanel at the front desk. She helped me throughout the whole process and was extremely attentive and thorough. Emma was my attendant and the nurse practitioner was so gentle and careful. They all listened to my needs and never made me feel judged. The office is uniting and clean. You can feel the care put into everything they do. There seemed to be about 4 workers in total including the 3 I mentioned and they are giving every client the same attention and care. Planned parenthood is always packed with people looking for attention and this team has their roles down pat. Everyone gives the same care and attention and is doing their best to get you in and out a quickly as they can. I would definitely go back here and would recommend anyone looking to talk about delicate information regarding their bodies and symptoms. It’s a place where there is no judgement and it is truly felt by how the staff cares for each person.
