  I walked in on Saturday 1/10/26 at 12:15pm. I was told that they are not taking any more walkins for the day and I left. Saturday hours are posted as 8am to 4pm. This does not seem to be very welcoming or accomodating of them maybe they should update their hours on the website to reflect this. People could have driven hours to this location and still have been denied service 4 hours prior to closing time

  I was at planned parenthood today. I have been trying to get an appointment here because I do not have insurance when I arrived I was treated by Chanel at the front desk. She helped me throughout the whole process and was extremely attentive and thorough. Emma was my attendant and the nurse practitioner was so gentle and careful. They all listened to my needs and never made me feel judged. The office is uniting and clean. You can feel the care put into everything they do. There seemed to be about 4 workers in total including the 3 I mentioned and they are giving every client the same attention and care. Planned parenthood is always packed with people looking for attention and this team has their roles down pat. Everyone gives the same care and attention and is doing their best to get you in and out a quickly as they can. I would definitely go back here and would recommend anyone looking to talk about delicate information regarding their bodies and symptoms. It’s a place where there is no judgement and it is truly felt by how the staff cares for each person.

  I went in for a regular check up. The office is very nice and the staff was fantastic. Very helpful, very friendly. I went on a weekday shortly after they opened, I was in and out super quickly. When I was leaving I noticed the waiting room was a lot fuller than when I had arrived. That being said, I brought a book with me because I can imagine that a community based health provider that takes walk-ins could have long wait times. Overall a very positive experience.

  Si necesitan un lugar con buena logística y realmente eficiencia donde lleven el control sobre todo donde se sientan seguras en un proceso creo que este no es el más indicado espere por más 2 horas en mis dos visitas es demasiado lento el proceso y no son muy precisos en las instrucciones más importantes y en el post no tiene nada de control en lo que sigue después de un procedimiento en lo personal no lo recomendaría y jamás me contactaron
