They have a friendly staff that always tries to make me feel at ease, listens to my concerns, and doesn't pressure me into procedures I'm uncomfortable with. Dr. Zakiyev is fabulous! He has an excellent bedside manner and does beautiful work. When my insurance stopped covering their practice I opted to pay more towards my insurance just to stay with them.

- PPPersonNov 4, 20251.0- I visited for teeth cleaning. Dr. Vladimir was friendly, nice and thorough with the checkup. After completing the 3D scan & X-ray of the teeth. I requested a regular cleaning, but the ALICE (hygienist), said regular cleaning is only surface-level and recommended a deep cleaning. - During my second visit, Alice performed a deep cleaning on the right side; however, she did not inform me later that some tartar spots remained. - On the third visit, I asked "what could be the reason that the tartar and stains were still present." Alice seemed offended, used a tartar removal tool, and said, “It’s not working; even we don’t know everything”, and suggesting I ask the dentist. Rustam, who was unfamiliar with my case, was seemed unwilling to conduct a proper checkup. He stated that "we don’t have necessary tools or specialties and that a periodontist can handle it".
