6 unique stations, completed together in "accountability packs", AFC workouts feature high intensity intervals paired with total body strength training that builds muscle, strength and endurance.

You can truly tell that they care about every little detail and want to give you the best experience possible! Even their bathrooms were stocked with Q tips!
