  Been here for 3 years! Proud to call this my home gym! Every coaches are always on top of their game. Music is always on point especially when Coach Nicole plays them good tunes!

  Took my first class with Joe this morning and really liked his approach. He strikes that balance between correcting form, keeping you focused on what actually matters in the movement, and weaving in just enough mindset to make the workout feel intentional. If you care about doing meaningful work with your body and mind during a workout, Joe’s a great coach. Looking forward to taking more of his classes.

  I’ve been a member of AlphaFit Marlboro since summer 2025, and I honestly love it. The class formats are always changing, which keeps workouts challenging and never boring, and they’re structured to accommodate all fitness levels. The trainers are knowledgeable, motivating, and bring great energy every single class — plus they make killer playlists that really set the vibe. The gym itself is very clean and well maintained, which I really appreciate. It genuinely feels like the best morning club to start the day strong. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun, challenging, and supportive gym environment!

  Nicole is truly an excellent coach who makes a lasting impact on everyone she works with. Her knowledge and experience are evident in the way she teaches, but what really sets her apart is her genuine care for each individual. Nicole is patient, encouraging, and incredibly motivating.
