  Made us feel rushed, and not helped. Front desk receptionists were more worried about going home.

  Had an amazing experience with Ashley and Leslie. Had an issue with my Nexplanon being inserted too deep, and in the wrong spot. They were able to patiently and safely take it out without any issues! They replaced it in a more comfortable area in my arm, and made sure it was just deep enough. Thank goodness. If it wasn’t for them i might’ve needed to get it taken out someplace else. Very professional, and care about their patients.

  The worse place ever rude not professional they should fire most of this unprofessional people who answer the phone they are racist toward Spanish patient and patient privacy is not safe make sure everyone call the health department or file complain towards this company .el peor lugar que puedes ir tú privacidad no es segura hay las personas que responden el teléfono son tan racista a los latinos este lugar todos deberían poner un complain Trenton también al departamento de salud ya que los derecho al cliente no son respetados y la manera que estas mujeres responden el teléfono son de máxima agresividad y ni un mínimo respeto a nadie

  My Medicaid was terminated and I was and am still going through this process.. Unfortunately I am on medication. Birth control being one of the medications. I went as a walk in. I was prepared to wait, considering I was a walk in. I waited less than an hour. I am on a payment plan, until my insurance is straightened out- it can be submitted within 3 months issues...So, i have set up a plan with the front desk. Like the other girl who wrote the not good review, I was asked to pay much more. I'm not sure why she didn't say something, because there are signs even saying your health is important, regardless of your issues or whatever... I think that was an unfortunate misunderstanding. However, I was totally unable to pay the high price and I do have a payment plan until I can submit it to my insurance again for a reimbursement and they can submit it as well for the rest of the payment. It is what it is. I left with my birth control in a little over an hour. : ) The staff was very nice, and the office had warm vibes. It's much nicer than when I was in my teens... I have always had a spot in my heart for Planned Parenthood and you guys have never let me down... I am very grateful. Thank you xx
