We arrived at 9:00 AM, but even by 1:30 PM we were still waiting to see the doctor. This kind of delay for a simple test is unacceptable. The staff here do not seem to value people’s time, and the overall process is extremely inefficient. What should have been a quick visit turned into an entire day wasted. Based on our experience, I do not recommend this place. If you have other options, it’s better to avoid this location.

- ALAl LupianoNov 17, 20251.0Having a set appointment means nothing - you will still wait. My annual physical was scheduled far in advance for 9:30am. As always, that does not equate to prompt service. I was not seen until 10:50am. Once the physical began, we ran into issues with the eye testing machine - either it was malfunctioning or the technician did not know how to operate it. Between exams, I was asked to wait in a room until the next technician/doctor was available to see me. I waited 25 minutes to see the x-ray technician. Upon completion I was again put into a room to wait. Next, after sitting patiently for almost 45 minutes, I finally ran out of patience and complained to the nurses on staff. Finally, after 65 minutes of waiting, I saw the doctor (who was very polite but obviously frazzled). She appeared to be the only doctor on staff and was bouncing from patient to patient. All in all, my annual physical at Concentra took nearly 4 hours to complete...this is completely unacceptable. This is compounded by the fact you can't eat of drink the night before and must come "fasting". There always seems to be excuse after excuse why the wait is exorbitant, , but nothing ever changes. I've been going to Concentra for my physicals for almost 35 years...it used to take maybe an hour. But for the past 10+ years, it averages anywhere from 3 hours to 4 hours - start to finish. My advice - do not use Concentra for annual workplace physicals. Go anywhere else!
