- BMBridgette Mensah4 days ago3.0I love the idea of planned parenthood and everything it stands for and with that being said the faces that are seen when you first walk in should be more than hospitable and comforting. Planned parenthood is supposed to be a safe space a space for education and community, but the workers in the front don’t hold those ideals to be true. The actually providers and nurses are often more than lovely especially the Cape Verdean nurse. But the ladies in the front are not the nicest at all which takes away from the experience.

I have general anxiety disorder and I've put off treatment for a very serious condition, and they were able to help me get past my fears and treat my ailment in a timely and efficient manner. I don't think ive ever felt more welcomed by healthcare professionals before. Thank you so much

- DVDan VSep 2, 20231.0Would never go back, horrible customer service and the receptionist has an attitude problem. Let me preface by saying the website for this location clearly states walk-in services provided during all business hours for the service I went in for. I walk in and I am told no walk-ins, I point out the website. Then I am given an excuse about how they only have 1 Dr and are closing early. Honestly what I was there for would take 15 minutes and the front was empty, not a soul waiting. Sounds like staff doesn’t want to do their job after seeing other reviews on here and whoever manages this location isn’t doing their job.
