However, they responded dismissively, telling me to go to the screen or refer to the website. This kind of attitude is not what you want to encounter at a gym. You want to be greeted with warmth and enthusiasm. The entire front desk team, including management, should be reviewed to ensure that they provide better customer service and have a better understanding of the gym’s offerings.
