  I received an IUD at my appointment and they were fantastic. Attentive, patient, and incredibly empathetic to me being so nervous. I can’t thank them enough for their professionalism!

  I don't have a gynecologist so I come here for paps and checkups and my Depo shot. Fast and friendly and always ready to give advice. They have a great group of women here!

  I love this place. All of the employees are very kind and so helpful. Made an appointment very easily. Michelle was very comforting while putting in my IUD, even though I was very scared and in pain! Shout out to the nurse who checked my blood pressure twice and brought me chips and water. Also, the girl with the green hair (didn’t catch her name, I’m sorry :( ) she was AMAZING. Everyone made me feel super comfortable and without judgement. 10/10 will definitely be coming back.

  Scheduled a physical so I could get prescribed more birth control. They told me since I had a physical last year theres no need for another one, and asked which brand of birth control I wanted. I was handed the birth control, without them even giving me a pregnancy test. I asked for a pregnancy test in which they decided to send off to get tested for stds "since I was new to them". Never told me I'd be charged for said test that I did not ask for. The worst part was while looking at my bills I noticed my insurance was charged for a physical that was never given to me!

  2 HOUR WAIT FOR A PRESCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. My appointment was today at 11:10am. I didn't get checked by the doctor until 1:20pm. I have given this location multiple chances and they finally crossed the line. I have always prescheduled my appointments, arrived early, and waited least an extra 20-40 minute wait. All guests are taken care of in the order they walk in, regardless of the time of their appointment. I had scheduled 11:10 because it was the first available time on their website 4-5 days ago. This time, I first waited 40 minutes before they called my name and I spoke to a nurse about my symptoms. Then I was in the waiting room another 25 minutes before they brought me back into the testing area for me to wait for the doctor and closed the door. The nurse in charge (who did the first part of my appointment and signed me in and has been there at every appointment I've come to) NEVER TOLD THE DOCTOR someone was in the only closed room. The doctor stumbled across the room around 1:20 and found me asleep in the room (I work 65 hours per week and passed out after 20 minutes because I rarely get a chance to lie down). Most of the staff is fine but whoever the nurse is that I spoke to and who has always been there at all of my appointments is very careless, forgetful, and apathetic towards her guests and it has a very strong effect on the offices appointment times. I give my best wishes to her coworkers.
