After my surgery I was too weak and over weight to return to work, so I explain to Mike what my goal were along with my time line. After the evaluation we got down to work, he trained me 3 days a week and gave me a routine to do on days we didn't meet, along with a diet to help with the weight loss. Long story short after 2 months I lost 25lb of fat and improved my mobility and strength to the point that im back at work making money!
