The check in associate was nice and checked me in fairly quickly then i was called into the office to start my tests. Had to do physical challenges, a urine test and then had to be seen by the Dr. i did everything but got to see the Dr by 11:am. I did not leave until 12:15pm! 2 hours and 15 minutes is the most ridiculous amount of time to wait! Over an hour wait after all my tests were done before I was seen by a doctor! And all i got as an excuse was they were busy. I should have been seen by the dr as soon as i was done but what they probably did was put me at the back of the line even though i was probably there before half the people they saw! I would never go back here again.

- NRNicholas RussoDec 22, 20251.0I arrived to this location 15 minutes before my appointment at 2 o’clock. I waited 2 hours and was not seen until 4 o’clock. After they called me back I sat there for another 25 minutes waiting for the nurse to do my physical and bloodwork for pre employment. Not only was the nurse extremely rude but she also had no idea what she was doing. She stuck me four times to get blood because she could not find a vein and was unable to take my blood pressure. After she was done, I had to wait to see the PA which was another 20 minutes. After growing impatient, I walked out Into the hallway to ask the nurse how long the PA would be there in. There were 3 nurses sitting at the nursing station on their phones, laughing, and told me they were busy and there’s other people ahead of me and I need to wait. I waited for the PA to get my papers and I left. I am a travel nurse and I get preemployment screening almost every three months. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. The lack of professionalism was astonishing to me, it was as if they could not be bothered and they were doing me a favor by being there. I will never against that foot in this place and I recommend that nobody else does either.
