    2/3 of the staff members I met with were rude and short with me. All I needed was a quick physical for work. This visit took over 2 hours!!! Would not recommend this location.

    My new employer sent me there for a drug screening. I called ahead and was told no appointment just arrive. I signed in and gave the order, about 45 minutes l was called to the front desk and asked for id and was provided a link to add information online then more waiting. I waited an hour and ten minutes before I was called in for the test. It was a urine test so once I was in there it was only about 5-10 minutes once called. It seems like a long time to wait for a simple test. The woman at the front desk was overloaded with work no one seemed to be helping her. She was nice and apologized for the long wait though so I gave a 3.

    They were polite and did the needful except they did took about 45 mts to get me in , may be they were short staffed

    The front desk was extremely helpful my gps wasn’t working so well and the lady at the desk stood on the phone with me for twenty minutes or more directing me I couldn’t believe it she knew the area so well
