He needed medical assistance, as well as general help around the house. The caregiver did everything that was needed, including trips to the grocery store, laundry, dishes, cleaning, etc. Unfortunately, my dad only lived for three weeks after returning from rehab, but our caregiver provided all the necessary help and then some. I was able to breathe easier, knowing that he was taken care of. Thank you, HomeWell.

- ABArianna BarresSep 26, 20251.0chose this organization due to the overwhelming amount of good reviews. hired an overnight aide to watch my father at night who is on hospice with pancreatic cancer. She went by the name Maybe. me and my sister need a few hours to rest. we spent 3 hours on boarding with them including 2 nurse evaluations. the aide shows up for her first shift at 10 pm. by midnight we found her legs up, head back snoring, out cold on the living room couch. i hadn't even fallen asleep yet myself. we asked her to leave immediately. this was truly traumatizing and a disgusting neglect of duty. and on the first shift. in my opinion, this shows that likely they don't pay the aides enough, they hire completely inadequate people, or the employees don't respect leadership. not to mention she clearly had no understanding of the serious nature of my dads condition. period. this was very sad for a family already struggling and in need of help.
