Jason is the kind of staff member you hope you get—professional, helpful, and steady. The clinician I saw was excellent: respectful, efficient, and clear from start to finish. She explained what was needed, kept things moving, and made the process feel straightforward. Timing: I went Wednesday in the early afternoon and was in and out in about 1.5 hours. - During that visit I completed labs, vaccines, a drug screen, and a full physical, and I left with my completed physical paperwork and screening documentation. A few practical logistics tips: • Registration + documents + check-in, and authorizations are handled on your phone, make sure your phone is charged and have your ID ready. • Parking is available on the side and in the front. I parked on the side—less hectic, especially because that boulevard gets busy. • There are a few steps (about 6) to get into the building—good to know ahead of time if stairs are a concern. • Bonus: there’s a water and coffee/tea machine while you’re waiting, which is a nice touch. Want to mention- I appreciate is the vibe behind the scenes—staff laughing with each other and treating each other with joy; that energy shows up in how patients are treated. - RCRick CrosbyDec 30, 20251.0I’ve been to this place several times. It has always been pretty good. the last couple times I’ve not been happy. I have been coming here for my CDL physicals for several years now even started when they were any other building. The last couple times I’ve come it seems like they are always digging for something or someway to try and take your CDL away from you. This time I was told I gained too much weight and my neck was fat and I needed to get a sleep apnea test within 90 days or they take my CDL license. The physician assistant never bothered to ask me how I was feeling cause I was a little under the weather. I could tell she was searching for something when she was listening to my breathing. Within two days after leaving, my lungs were filled with fluid and I was sick as a dog. And now instead, I have to go jump through hoops to try and keep my license. Luckily, I am not using it currently, but I was and I may again, and that is just wrong to misdiagnose somebody in an effort to take away their livelihood that they used to pay their bills. The time I was here before this also for my physical, it seemed like they were digging for a reason to take it. I can understand, making sure that somebody is fit to drive a truck, but to go out of your way to hinder that is just wrong.
