The front desk girl greeting new patients was not very friendly, did not explain what she needed and gave little to no explanation as to what were next steps. The waiting room cleared with individuals that came in after me. I finally heard from another employee telling a new patient to let the front girl know when you are done your online paperwork. I went to the desk and let the girl know I had completed my online paperwork that I had no knowledge I needed to report. The girl rolled her eyes and told me I would be called soon to be seen. Once I got in the office the nurse caring for me was wonderful and explained everything very well. Customer service education is needed and employees should know the patient is the most important person in the room and not their co-worker.
