  One of the most disrespectful and unprofessional healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. The front desk staff at the Planned Parenthood in Absecon were openly rude, dismissive, and completely lacking basic human decency. I was treated like an inconvenience for simply asking a question. One staff member sighed directly in my face and made it obvious they did not want to help me. The most upsetting part was when they began speaking Spanish about me right in front of me, clearly assuming I wouldn’t understand. It was humiliating, inappropriate, and incredibly unprofessional. No patient—especially in a healthcare setting that claims to be safe and supportive—should ever be treated this way. If you work the front desk of a medical facility, professionalism and respect are the bare minimum. This location seriously needs accountability, retraining, and a complete attitude check.

  I made an appointment during a time of crisis, and was unsure of what to do. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, truly. From the front desk receptionist to the MA to the excellent NP who sat and talked to me for nearly twenty minutes, I needed an unbiased opinion and someone (specifically a healthcare professional) to listen to my concerns. I left the facility feeling so much lighter about my decision. I thank everyone for their compassion and the time that was spent with me (specifically the NP). I cannot thank you enough. This was my first time utilizing Planned Parenthood, and it will not be my last. To add on this, the facility was spotless!

  Almost an hour wait (no apologies or any word from anyone about whats going on) and then wouldn't let me in the room with "the patient" when "the patient" wanted me in there with her. I would have done my running around if I knew I couldn't go in the room, I'm furious.

  Absolutely terrible . I walked in to get my pregnancy test and an ultra sound and the receptionist was absolutely miserable . She questioned as to if I could afford the pregnancy test a rip off of 49.99 and then stated, “we only do ultra sounds if your getting rid of it” . Never again
