- RLRyan LavalleeDec 17, 20251.0Mertie L. Potter........ AVOID HER AT ALL COSTS! 'Mertie' was overly aggressive and weirdly skeptical within the first few minutes. She sprung a 'student' on me that sat in the very first meeting and then spent 20 mins finding the questionnaire I filled out before hand and then wanted to 'verify' all of the information. She admitted that she only got thru half of the exam before ending it and still charged me full price, $170. The best part....... I got a phone call 2 days later from her receptionist that she didn't feel like it was a good fit and dropped me. She gave zero explanation or reason, even after multiple calls and e-mails from me asking why. Based on other reviews, this seems like a common tactic by 'Mertie'. I should have known after seeing her eyes.....

Linda Schommer, my meds person is so intelligent about medications and I always feel like she is looking out for me, educating me. And Dr. Nancy Cohn is wonderful. She is real. She's direct which I wanted. She gives me her perspectives and checks them with me. Asks thoughtful questions. Compassionate. Happier with me. Happier with relationships. Feeling like I can really stand up for myself. My team.
