- RRRobert5 days ago5.0Im 64 and I needed an infected wisdom tooth extracted immediately over the Holidays. I called the office when it was closed the day before Christmas and left a message. I got a call back right away and explained how I was very concerned about my artificial knee getting infected from a tooth infection and that it was an emergency. The receptionist said she would call Dr. Abel and move the schedule around to fit me in for a consultation the day they reopened on Monday the 29th of December. Dr. Abel saw me on Monday and My tooth was extracted on Friday Jan 2 the same week! This office staff is Amazing! Dr. Abel is exceptional! Not only is he a skilled oral surgeon, but he's a caring person as well. I had a similar situation last year with a different tooth for a root canal also during the holidays with a different dental office. Unfortunately I had to wait weeks to be seen running out of antibiotic. I ended up in the emergency room with a knee that needed to be drained but luckily it wasn't infected. Dr. Abel and his staff took my situation seriously and helped me out and I'm extremely grateful. No pain, I was very comfortable, and the procedure went perfectly. I had no pain afterwards. This office has a wonderful and caring staff. It was worth every penny for the additional sedation! I won't go anyplace else for tooth extractions in the future!

I had to have a top molar extracted after damaging it earlier in the year and waiting too long (on my part) to have it taken care of. Dr Abel and his team made me feel comfortable with every step of the procedure from the consultation, to the extraction, and the post-operative care. They really care about their patients, and you can tell. I 100% trust this specialist and would highly recommend him as an oral surgeon.
