Each and every chance at trying to better myself, find a solution and move in the right direction was a failed attempt for almost 4 years. The structure, the discipline, the responsibility, the entire experience was humbling. When you have the right people in this field really trying to make a difference no matter how small the organization may be, there’s no limit to there reach.
