I was pretty much given the link to fill out my personal information and then shortly thereafter I was called in to have vitals checked. The doctor came in and completed the physical and I was able to get my DOT med card updated. through the entire process. I had a good experience. There was no delays no bottleneck everything went well life is good thank you Concentra for doing a great job. Appreciate it very much and recommend those that haven’t been to Concentra. The only reason I picked your office was for the Saturday hours. I live in Lowell mass. That was a waste of time for me and I was not happy. Plus I was locked into your office also. Not a happy customer.
