  This practice was actually the office that my husband went to 40 years ago. Since dartmouth hitchcock took over, it has been an absolute nightmare. All personal care is gone. It’s corporate medicine. Dartmouth Hitchcock tries to turn over patients like a restaurant would turn tables. More patients = more money. Even the decor is corporate. Once colorful walls with child artwork and toys is now nothing but grey walls and fluorescent lights. This place is a perfect example of whats wrong with the US heath system. When our wonderful doctor retires, we will be out of there.

  Been going here for about 10 years with my kids. I've found the doctors and nurses to be wonderful. They talk to me and my kiddos like real people and explain things really well. I've never felt pressured into something. Everything I've requested for my kids has been granted. That being said, I am very upset by the change to Dartmouth Hitchcock. Calling them for anything takes forever, you have to schedule appointments a year in advanced for the yearly physical and we are required to have a pcp. Once you get past the bureaucracy, the doctors and nurses are the same (and wonderful). The bureaucracy is why I would never recommend this place. I would leave but we are already established. Find someplace else to go (unless you enjoy bureaucracy).

  Been taking daughters here since young. One dr doesn’t care at all. No compassion and quite rude. No sympathy. When you need a Dr you want one that cares; won’t get it here. Don’t recommend.

  Do NOT do business with this health care provider!!!!. They are the absolute worst. Completely rude and disrespectful staff. If you are visiting this place I pray you don't have to deal with the billing department because they are a complete joke. Shannon is the rudest most ignorant person I have ever spoken with and they are supposed to be working with children. It is absolutely disgusting the way they treat people at this office. I have never and will never use this provider for any of my children. I had a baby and this provider was called to check her out of the hospital and I got stuck with the bill, when she had insurance and I should not have been billed for this. 2 years later and I am still dealing with this on my bill credit as they are refusing to help or work with me in any way. They won't contact my insurance company or even return a phone call. There is just no reason for all this. It's not worth the drama, don't take your kids to this place.

  BEWARE. DO NOT GO HERE. The doctor asked if we were gun owners. That is NONE of their business and unprofessional (at the very least). I can't believe a medical professional would dare bring their politics into our child's medical care. We see where this is going. If you want to keep your children out of the hands of the foster care system, STAY. AWAY. FROM. THIS. PEDIATRICIAN.
