  Been going here for about 10 years with my kids. I've found the doctors and nurses to be wonderful. They talk to me and my kiddos like real people and explain things really well. I've never felt pressured into something. Everything I've requested for my kids has been granted. That being said, I am very upset by the change to Dartmouth Hitchcock. Calling them for anything takes forever, you have to schedule appointments a year in advanced for the yearly physical and we are required to have a pcp. Once you get past the bureaucracy, the doctors and nurses are the same (and wonderful). The bureaucracy is why I would never recommend this place. I would leave but we are already established. Find someplace else to go (unless you enjoy bureaucracy).

  After numerous people had recommended this office to us we decided to have our daughter be a patient here as well. First visit with this office we were not impressed at all. We showed up 25 minutes early fully knowing we would have to do paperwork and give the insurance info. We are literally the only ones in the waiting room and we were still waiting for 30 minutes after the appointment time started. The receptionist never once went to the nurses to tell them we were here, one of them came up assuming we just no showed, the receptionist told her no they’re here and been here for awhile. The receptionist was very clueless and rude. Fast forward the nurse takes us back already seeming irritated because we’re “late” even though we told her we’ve been waiting in the waiting room. They want to start with baby’s weight so we undress her and of course dirty diaper because babies do that, this nurse again looks so irritated as we’re cleaning her up, sorry my 1 week old isn’t potty trained yet. The nurse does her thing and then has the doctor come in, the appointment did feel rushed, but The doctor did answer our questions which was good, the one positive part of the visit. The billing department has been a joke trying to contact and have claims resubmitted. Fast forward to now that Dartmouth has taken over, it’s just been a headache. Calling the number on the bill given to us and then being transferred a few times and placed on hold numerous times. I understand theres going to be kinks in the process of this due to the switch over but this was truly something else. Really wouldn’t recommend this office at all, truly disappointed.

  Every doctor is wonderful, it would be nice if some of the nurses were a little friendlier but the important thing is that we are always provided excellent care.

  The staff here is wonderful from the front desk to the back office! I initially chose this office based on how nice the woman answering the phone was! Today I had my sons three week appointment and I saw Kim. she was absolutely phenomenal! she took her time, answered all of my questions and concerns, she was so genuine and kind and as a first time mom, I was so thankful! Highly recommend this office!
