- TRtracy rodgersJun 27, 20224.0Dr.Willats is great! Very kind professional knowledgeable and explains things very well to curb the anxiety and questions one might have. Nurse was a gem also. The office staff was very rude! i put it aside the first time because we all have those days but it was every visit, every phone call every time. It won't stop us from going there again because the care was the best it's too bad because a little kindness goes a long way.
