- ANAmie NabityDec 28, 20251.0Yesterday I got a text from Stanton saying “good news” my contacts were in and ready to pick up. The next day I decided to reroute my day to go and pick them up. When I got to Stanton they only had one employee working the whole front office. I was the 4th person in line. It took 35 minutes before it was my turn and I was told they did not have my contacts at the store. He told me that I was the third person that day that came in and received the same text. Anyway the blame was put on the automated texting system. By the time I left it was a little over an hour and a wasted my lunch hour. What should I have done? I already spent 30 minutes waiting just to pick up my order which was told was ready?

My daughter picked out glasses the bogo. 169. I was fully prepared to pay the 169. The guy rang it up told me 450. I said what do you mean. He proceeds to tell me you have to pay for the lenses. Anywhere else I’ve gone that is included in the price? He then said I’ll take 50 dollars off cause i want to go home. There prices are not what are advertised and I would never come here again. Worst experience
