I've sent two appointment requests and a prescription refill request. Without any response and it's a nightmare trying to call with all the recordings you have to click to try to reach a human. I have 2 more pills till I run out and I feel like thats pretty irresponsible of them.

If there is anything you need to do before hand but didn't, they will cancel without warning on you instead of communicating the expectations. The stress and anxiety that could have been avoided with a reminder text is monstrous and I would be ashamed to be treating vulnerable people this way.
