    Here when I needed them. Do not waste time going to any other clinic. This is the only real one that I trust.

    I was prescribed medication for anxiety and the Doctor told me to follow up in two weeks for another prescription. I've sent two appointment requests and a prescription refill request. Without any response and it's a nightmare trying to call with all the recordings you have to click to try to reach a human. I have 2 more pills till I run out and I feel like thats pretty irresponsible of them.

    Make sure to call a day ahead of your appointment. If there is anything you need to do before hand but didn't, they will cancel without warning on you instead of communicating the expectations. The stress and anxiety that could have been avoided with a reminder text is monstrous and I would be ashamed to be treating vulnerable people this way.

    HORRIBLE! Brought a client to the 90th St. location and observed the following. Both Virginia and Denicia are rude, lack management skills, talk to their staff ignorantly, and are not focused on what needs to be done. How do you have females like this running a facility who is more focused on their title rather than their staff and lifting them up. They are already short staffed in there and how do I know because the wait time was severely too long! My client should never have a 2pm appt anywhere and not seen until a hour and a half later! There were two staff there that I highly enjoyed and glad I got their names, Yvonne and Jordyn. Please keep them around! They work fast and very professional. Let’s be honest no one wants to be in an environment like that, but those two individuals made the time a little more tolerable. Anyway back to Denicia and Virginia, DO BETTER!!! Oh and wasn’t Virginia on a reality show looking for love LOL!!!??? I thought she looked familiar. Yeah not a good look what so ever! If I could have given it -stars I would have .
