  Chris or Christine, who answers the phone and schedules appointments, was extremely rude. When I called to make an appointment, she responded dismissively and scheduled me for 6:45 am, despite my commute from Lincoln. Today, she contacted me and stated it would cost $800 just to be seen. I requested guidance since I am in severe pain, but she merely said the appointment could be canceled—offering no solutions. Her treatment of patients this way is unacceptable. I cannot imagine what will happen if I show up on Tuesday for my appointment. All of this attitude came just over the phone. Interestingly, my dentist called me back and confirmed my first appointment would only be $600 after speaking with their office. I have uploaded a picture of the message left for me by Amy after my review. I was treated badly by their staff, and they responded in this manner.

  I recently had a root canal and was honestly really scared going in, but Dr. Karimjee and Michelle made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. They worked together so smoothly as a team, explained everything, and made sure I was okay the whole time. I’m so grateful for how kind, patient, and reassuring they were. Thank you both for such a great experience and for helping me feel so much better! Highly recommend. Michelle even got me a blanket to warm me up next to my beautiful window view. The front desk ladies are all so kind too. Thanks again! 🦷

  Wonderful experience with Dr Karimjee and his staff. Michelle, his assistant, was incredibly kind, professional and friendly. Great experience overall…highly recommend!

  We had an amazing experience with Midwest Endodontics! Dr. Maxiner performed my daughter’s root canal and she had no pain at all! Highly recommend!

  I would highly recommend Dr. Maixner to anyone. Dr. Maixner and his assistants thoroughly explaining everything what they were doing at a level anyone could understand, my experience was great. I especially liked that he was fond of volleyball. Kelly even laughed at a joke I told her. Seriously, they were great.
