  BEWARE OF THIS CLINIC THEY WILL LIE ABOUT YOUR APPOINTMENT BEING COVERED THEN SEND YOU A HUGE BILL!!!!! I asked 3 times if my visit was covered by insurance and was told “yes it’s covered, you don’t owe anything”. Then I got a $270 bill in the mail!!! I called and she said “your insurance said it was applied to your deductible”. And I said “but I asked 3 times if it was covered and you guys said yes, and now I have a $270 bill for a 5 minute appointment where all the doctor did was write me a prescription refill for my anti nausea medication” and she said “we don’t know if your appointment will be covered ahead of time or not we just say we take your insurance, we don’t know what plan you have an if they will cover or not”. I asked to talk to billing and she said she’s out till Thursday and I asked to talk to my doctor and was told “no your doctor has nothing to do with it”. What a bunch of snakes and scam artists! I’ll never return to this clinic if that’s how they manipulate their patients for extra money!

  I've been going there for 25 years and never been disappointed. They've always got me in and they always done what was best for me. I've seen all the doctors and they've all been great. Thank Arbor Heights for taking good care of me and my family.
