We’ve had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Accel Therapies. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend their services to anyone. From the beginning, their level of professionalism was shockingly low. Communication was disorganized, couple sessions were cancelled without communication which proved their staff consistently failed to follow through on commitments. It's as if there’s no real concern for customer satisfaction or the basic principles of business ethics. Every interaction felt like pulling teeth, and they never seemed to have a clear grasp of the situation at hand. Dishonest behaviors and the company policies such as, in-home no camera in the child’s play area/therapy area raised serious concerns about their integrity and transparency. All in all, I would advise anyone considering Accel therapies to look elsewhere. The lack of professionalism, ethical standards, and blatant disregard for committed services made this experience one of the worst we’ve encountered in a professional setting. If you value your privacy, respect, and accountability, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company.
