Jenna took extra time to talk with me, price things out, and look at all my options. When I say every option, I mean it. Jenna was thorough and precise, and talked to my with a professional demeanor, while remaining friendly, upbeat, and with a fun humor. She was attentive and articulate, and nailed things down to the smallest of details. She made sure nothing was getting overlooked, and I was taken care of. We ended up laughing at different pairs of glasses, and opted for a pair that fits my personality, and gives me confidence. It felt fun to shop for something I'd wear and express myself with everyday. Ashley was fun and energetic, and helped assist in frame choice. Truthfully, you do not experience customer service anymore the way these ladies provided it. Stanton Optical in Lincoln is awesome, and their team is the best! Thanks so much ♥️

Start to finish 30 min. Progression week and half. Once ready to pickup under 10 minutes. I will be going back.
- SBSam BennettSep 11, 20251.0Staff was good however there service in getting glasses in any timely fashion is very poor still waiting for glasses to even get shipped there when they were supposed to be there on September 4th it's now September 11 and still have not shipped to them. I do not recommend this place for your eye needs.
- ECEsther ColonneseJul 29, 20251.0Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review with them. I'm newer to contacts, and the first place I went to get them was here about a year ago. When I went to order more contacts on the 12th of this month, they informed me they would be in the following Wednesday or Thursday of that week. So Thursday comes around and I call to see if they came in, and according to whoever I spoke to the company has them on back order and they have no idea when they will be in. At this point I'm about of contacts, so basically they say I'm SOL. I asked if I was able to cancel that order and go with a different brand, and then they informed me I would have to come back in and pay for an eye exam because the prescription I have is only for that brand of contact. Which no one informed me of when I had the eye exam, but they swore they did. Nope, maybe someone whose been wearing contacts would know that, but they should never assume, and I know when I went in for my initial visit a year ago, I told them I was new to contacts. So you would think the manager who did my fitting for them would inform me of that. So after them arguing on the phone with me about it, I said screw it and decided to wait because I was not going to pay for another eye exam. There was a few other things they should have informed me on as someone whose new to contacts. I finally received them on the 28th, after being late almost 2 weeks. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. 0 stars if I could.

And no explanation given when I questioned them about the so called special.I feel robbed. Don’t be misled by this gimmick. You’re never going to actually get the $79.99 deal. It doesn’t actually exist. It’s their way of getting you in the door only.
