- NNNatalyaDec 30, 20251.0Don't be fooled by cheap advertisement. I ended up paying 300 for 2 pairs of glasses, and that is with my insurance. After all, my plastic frame is falling apart, not because I drop them or jam them, the cracks appear by itself, and then one day when you put them on they just fall apart, they dont last even a month. So the first time I came with my broken glasses, they replaced my frame, and said I have a warranty for one year. In 3 weeks my glasses fall apart again, so when I came to fix my glasses, they told me that now I have to pay $15. When I asked about 1 year warranty, they said without warranty I would pay $80 again. So if you count $15 every month for 1 years, it's going to cost me additional $180. It's not worth it. So now I paid $150 for these glasses, and I don't have glasses.

When it came time to pick out glasses for my husband, who is notoriously picky when it comes to choosing frames, I thought I knew what he might like, but nothing seemed to fit. We decided to ask Ashley for help, and she immediately jumped into action. She asked a few thoughtful questions about his preferences like his favorite colors, the style he was looking for, and what shape he typically liked and within just five minutes, she had found the perfect pair of glasses that my husband was genuinely happy with. I was honestly amazed, especially considering how particular he can be! Ashley’s ability to find the right glasses so quickly, combined with her friendly and professional demeanor, really made the whole process enjoyable. We also had a wonderful conversation with her, which made the experience even more memorable. We left the store feeling completely satisfied with our visit, and I am already planning to return for my own eye exam, where I’ll be happy to work with Ashley as the doctor’s tech. Jenna took extra time to talk with me, price things out, and look at all my options. When I say every option, I mean it. Jenna was thorough and precise, and talked to my with a professional demeanor, while remaining friendly, upbeat, and with a fun humor. She was attentive and articulate, and nailed things down to the smallest of details. She made sure nothing was getting overlooked, and I was taken care of. We ended up laughing at different pairs of glasses, and opted for a pair that fits my personality, and gives me confidence. It felt fun to shop for something I'd wear and express myself with everyday. Ashley was fun and energetic, and helped assist in frame choice. Truthfully, you do not experience customer service anymore the way these ladies provided it. Stanton Optical in Lincoln is awesome, and their team is the best! Thanks so much ♥️

Start to finish 30 min. Progression week and half. Once ready to pickup under 10 minutes. I will be going back.
- SBSam BennettSep 11, 20251.0Staff was good however there service in getting glasses in any timely fashion is very poor still waiting for glasses to even get shipped there when they were supposed to be there on September 4th it's now September 11 and still have not shipped to them. I do not recommend this place for your eye needs.
