- SYSue YaunkFeb 8, 20231.0We ordered by husband glasses on 1/21/23. 2 pair of glasses. One bifocal with a. Certain tint for help with migraines and a pair of sunglasses. When the sunglasses came in they broke the lens and had to reorder the lens around 1/28/23 we were told that his regular glasses were in. When we got there we found out that they made his glasses as transitions not tinted. So they said they would need to return them and have them done again. We even showed them his old glasses to check the tint to make sure that they could do the tint. They took them to the back and then came back and said they would send them back. On 2/7/23 we got a text that his glasses were in. We went into the store. As soon as we saw the glasses we knew that they were not correct. They were not tinted at all. Remember we still haven’t gotten the sunglasses yet either. John asked for a complete refund because they did not do the glasses correct for the 2nd time and we had no information on the sunglasses. They said they couldn’t tint polycarbonate lens. I said ok then you should have said that the last time and switched the lens but they didn’t do that either. We don’t think they even sent the transition glasses back because I said we would need a credit for the price difference between transition and tint. We just told them that we were done. They took 2.5 weeks to do nothing on getting the correct glasses. So be very careful if you order glasses from this company. Their employee’s do not have the knowledge to help you.
