- AAAdam3 days ago2.0Honestly, I'd like to leave a one star but I don't want to do that to my GP and his staff. It's the receptionists specifically J (I won't say her full name). If you're going to be a receptionist, learn to handle stress under pressure. You don't treat pain patients like drug seekers ESPECIALLY those who have shown NO INDICATORS OF ABUSE! You don't treat people like a pain in your backside with attitude and snarky tones when they're trying to expedite a process due to down systems so they can get the medication they're going to run out of on a Sunday! A medication that allows a patient to do basic human functions! ESPECIALLY when they were allowed to do what they were trying to do a month ago when the SAME SYSTEMS WERE DOWN FOR THE SAME MEDICATION!!! If it weren't for traumas endured, I'd find a different facility to go to.
