- CHCJ & Ana's animal friends HofparAug 14, 20251.0Lied straight to my face when I asked about the results of an x rays, failed to do the preventative cair on my kids I had paid for. We found a new dentist and he had done such a poor job that we now have a long road ahead of us. I specifically asked if he did and x rays and if my daughter had missing adult teeth, and he LIED and said she had all her adult teeth. She is in fact missing 2 adult molars and one adult lateral incisor. I needed to know that so we could determine if and when we needed to do orthodontic work, which I asked him about both our kids, and he shrugged. Do not use this dentist, I will be filing a formal complaint with the ADA.
- TRTasha RussellFeb 21, 20241.0This guy and his drunk assistant are shady as hell and he doesn't have a clue what he's doing. Filled 2 cavities and just slapped the filling material quite sloppily over 2 teeth. To add, later found out he didn't drill all the rot out before filling said cavities. Also, had a procedure done that was paid for by insurance to several months later get billed for it. I showed Amanda the statement from insurance that it was covered and she said it didn't apply and I still owe. Sent it to collections. Got the Better Business Bureau involved to settle this because they were completely unwilling to recognize that they were already paid for the service. They wanted to double dip and get paid twice and it backfired on them. There were a couple of times I had taken my kids in and his receptionist was clearly drunk. These people are shady and a far cry from professional. I HIGHLY do not recommend them.
