What type of individuals do you service?
We help anyone that is in need, that falls under the scope of our expertise. We do not offer skilled services such as specialized nursing, physical or occupational therapy. Each client has a specific need, and we tailor our services to meet those needs.
Do you provide 24-hour care?
We specialize in 24-hour care plans. For those short-term plans, we will prepare a small team to make sure you are cared for around the clock until your loved one returns home, or you are recovered enough to be alone. For longer term clients that need 24/7 care a team of 6-8 is built specifically for you, the client, in mind that will fit the best care for your needs and peace of mind. Our goal is to meet your goal.
How do you know if you can take care of me?
When a client is referred to us by the State or VA, we receive information regarding that individual’s healthcare needs from his/her case manager. We then contact the potential client and set up an initial visit to get an idea of what the client is looking for in a caregiver, days, and times. If a potential client calls seeking services on his/her own, we do an initial phone intake to decide if we can do the cares they are requesting. Once confirmed, we would schedule an initial visit with that individual to set up a care plan that will suit the client best and to make sure the services they need are provided at a cost they can afford.
