- BBBradDec 23, 20251.0Optometrist was nice but office manager Jerica is the rudest. Poor service throughout the entire process. Tried to use incorrect insurance and blamed me even though I gave them a copy of my card. When that was figured out, had to make a special trip just to get pupil distance since they didn’t do that during the fitting process. After a couple weeks I call to inquire if they arrived and was told that they texted me when they were in.. didn’t receive. Went into pick up glasses and left lens was defective. Instead of getting the lens replaced, they forced a refund since I was unhappy and offered zero accountability for their terrible experience.
