- LLLaura Lea3 days ago5.0Although it took me a couple of months to get an appointment because they are very busy, they didn’t disappoint when customer service and a pleasant atmosphere was involved. I did have to wait a little longer from my appointment to come to fruition, but only because there was a gentleman who needed more extensive care and if you are a customer/patient of any care team, a little understanding is in order to help things move along peacefully. I am only too happy to go again as Dr. Erickson was very informative and had a good sense of humor. The office dog Ollie was wonderful and did his job as An ambassador to a Stress-free visit. Will recommend Sterling optical to anyone needing eye care.

I would however suggest they tone down the amount of emails & text messages before the appointment. 1 confirmation at the time of setting the appt, 1 a week before appt & 1 the day before including the form request. Also, for me text is always best.

You sent me three reminders to show up ten minutes early, I did and was then kept in the dark for over 30 minutes. Communication is the key. Inform people that the doctor is running late. Another option, schedule appointments farther apart.
