Every team member I encountered was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dorian was fantastic — he helped me find the perfect frame for my face and even encouraged me to add a bit of color and pizazz, which I loved. The technician who conducted all my tests was thorough and made the process easy and comfortable. The online doctors were also very professional, taking the time to answer all my questions and make sure everything was clear. I’m so thrilled to have found this store and to have been able to get a quick appointment. I’ll definitely be recommending Warby Parker to my friends and family. Lastly, if you are still not sure about new frames try the online store — they have a virtual try-on feature made shopping so much easier and helped me feel confident before even stepping in.
