Lisa is a wonderful person and therapist! She is so knowledgeable on how the body works and how to help fix any issues one might be having. She is attentive, caring, and really works with you to find a solution. She gives challenging but simple work outs to do at home, and is always so encouraging. I met with Lisa for bursitis, inner thigh pain and LBP. One session has helped immensely! I was super tight in my glutes, hamstrings and particularly in my right groin area where I had previously had fibroids that were removed by a hysterectomy. She worked on loosening those areas, but also taught me about proper pelvic floor alignment and gave me exercises to help with all the above. I’ve noticed a difference just in one week. She’s definitely hands on and I’ve never met a more knowledgeable, professional practitioner. I highly highly recommend Lisa for any of your PT needs.

Lisa is an exceptional physical therapist. After my c-sections and a major surgery, I was struggling to rebuild my strength and confidence in my body. Lisa has guided me every step of the way, helping me understand how to safely strengthen my muscles and regain stability. She explains everything clearly and in detail, making sure I know why we are doing certain exercises—not just how. I always feel great after each session as well.
What I appreciate most is that Lisa listens carefully and genuinely cares about the whole person—not just the injury or recovery. She’s also incredibly knowledgeable about women’s health and hormones, which has made such a difference in how she’s helped me approach my healing. She’s helped me set realistic goals for staying active, so I feel supported both in the PT sessions and in my everyday life. Working with her has been a game-changer for my recovery and long-term health. Highly recommend!
