- JNJames NellisNov 12, 20255.0I recently fell and broke 2 bones near my ankle so I could not go down steps into garage or driveway so we contacted 101 and they came over to see best way to temporarily give me access to visit Drs etc. They gave us a creative suggestion to put in a chair lift in the garage which gave us access to transportation! The installer, Lucas, was here yesterday and in 90 minutes had done the install and his demeanor was friendly and supportive! So lucky we called 101 and very happy with the professionals who work there!

From my first telephone contact with Davida and Billy, to the completed vehicle installation (at my home) by their Install Crew, the process went very smooth. Everyone from 101 Mobility were knowledgeable, friendly, engaging, and responded in a timely manner. When I find that ALL employees are happy and friendly, it is obvious that they enjoy and respect the company for whom they work. Their work-ethic and business model is excellent! Unfortunately, TWO mobility suppliers in my home area that I contacted FAILED to return phone calls, did not supply requested quotes, and never followed up with answers to my questions. I adhere to the old adage, "My business goes where it is welcomed, and stays where it is well-serviced"... really simple business rules to follow.
