Their products, service, delivery, set up and follow up are absolutely first rate! I shopped several places and 101 is hands down in a league of its own. I need to make special mention about Davida. This woman is amazing! 101 is truly blessed to have her. I had an emergency 10 level spine fusion and Davida made everything feel seamless from beginning to end. She is professional, compassionate, accommodating, kind, flexible, reassuring, knowledgeable and her follow through were all exceptional. - JNJames NellisNov 12, 20255.0I recently fell and broke 2 bones near my ankle so I could not go down steps into garage or driveway so we contacted 101 and they came over to see best way to temporarily give me access to visit Drs etc. They gave us a creative suggestion to put in a chair lift in the garage which gave us access to transportation! The installer, Lucas, was here yesterday and in 90 minutes had done the install and his demeanor was friendly and supportive! So lucky we called 101 and very happy with the professionals who work there!
